What are cookies?

Use and protection of personal data

The Craft College only uses personal data necessary for user identification and the use of the distance learning system. This data includes your email address or username, password, and full name.

Your personal data is used for:

  • Distance learning
  • Contact regarding enrolled programs
  • Storage in the learning management system

All your data is stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the School's Personal Data Processing and Protection Rules, and based on these, you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Withhold consent for data usage
  • Restrict data processing
  • Transfer data
  • All other rights related to automated decision-making and user profiling

Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Regulation and the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia regarding personal data protection. The School takes appropriate measures to ensure the security of personal data and compliance with applicable data protection laws, such as the Regulation and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as the School’s Personal Data Processing and Protection Rules. The School diligently protects personal data from loss, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure. All employees at the School are required to respect the confidentiality of personal data and comply with the School’s general acts and decisions governing data protection matters. Additionally, the School uses modern technical, IT, and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.
