AEQUALIS4TCLF
Consortium meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania
From September 12 to 13, 2024, two representatives of the Craft College participated in a partner meeting as part of the AEQUALIS4TCLF project.
The meeting was held in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. More than 30 representatives from 19 partner institutions attended the meeting with the aim of evaluating completed activities and coordinating the implementation of future ones.
Within Work Package 1 – Project leader Pedro Gonçalves presented new document templates to facilitate the tracking of project-related expenses. Additionally, discussions were held on the necessary preparations, activities, and arrangements for the next partner meeting, which will take place in Belgrade.
Within Work Package 2 – Partners from CEC emphasized the importance of revising the database of key stakeholders who will be involved in the Regional Network of VET/HE institutions and the Skills Pact.
Within Work Package 3 – Partners from MODINT presented the current results of the survey on future skills and industry trends, which indicate varying needs of the industry as well as institutions in the TCLF sector. Final results will be presented once the survey collects at least 200 responses from all partner countries.
Within Work Package 4 – Partners from the Faculty of Textile Technology in Zagreb presented potential models for developing new curricula and outlined the next steps needed to begin their creation. First, it will be necessary to form working teams divided by qualification levels, which will then meet internally and work on program and curriculum development. A total of five new modular curricula will be developed through the project, at EQF levels 3–5 and EQF 6–8.
Within Work Package 8 – Promoting diversity, innovation, and well-being, partners from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia will soon send all partners guidelines with the data to be implemented and carried out through integrated workshops. A total of 28 workshops (4 per country) will be conducted across the partnership, focusing on reducing discrimination and promoting diversity, innovation, and well-being in the TCLF sector.
